Only if Ukraine has long range missiles that can reach the planes. They drop the bombs a long way in on Russian air space. Ukraine has a good airborne radar system capable of seeing the planes. They lack the missiles. The Patriot and SAMP/T systems can't really be spared for this.

Taurus isn't, officially, integrated with F-16. Of course, they added several western bombs and missiles to the old Soviet planes, so I guess it's possible to do so when you have a real need.

It's a cruise missile and not a ballistic. Technically it can run in a circle. But even if it's fast and hard to shoot down you would have hours to do it. It's also terribly on radioactive pollution during testing. In a war I guess that doesn't matter.

It's a lot of talk about shipping Taurus to Ukraine. But as far as I know, there are no planes in Ukraine that can launch it. There could be military secrets of course.
