i can't even accurately rate my pain on a scale of 1-10 because of the unimaginable pain i have previously endured + the fact that it hurts every day at least A LITTLE BIT since 2019. i've learned to live with it. it's background noise until it gets too bad. how do i rate that?

first physical therapy appointment went good. i always feel like a piece of shit because i'm the only mobile person there under 50 minus athletes, without fail, and because i've lived with chronic pain for so many years and been in even worse condition, it feels like i don't belong there lol

i was disillusioned after my last visit but since she told my mom "??? it can be many things other than lupus? why did they give up when they supposedly ruled out lupus?" i am VERY hopeful, this clinic somehow has multiple actually nice doctors, i was just there for my spine

my mom mentioned my ana titer results to her rheumatologist and that my last one ruled out lupus and said bye and she was like "nuh uh get your child to me right now" so i got a referral and i won't see heruntil january but i'm eager to see if they can pinpoint what autoimmune disease i must have

he's somehow the new nightmare before christmas

stretching shouldn’t hurt at all and since so many of us got pierced by guns as kids you could consult a piercer to see what they suggest. i got mine repierced the right way in the correct position and started from there (6 months to heal before stretching new piercings)

yeah dead stretching and half sizes are the way to go, most blowouts are either caused by forcing it before it’s ready and/or using tapers. once you hit 8g the next size up should be in 3 months and then 4-6 months after that, or however long it takes, according to the guide i’m following

jojoba oil and half sizes have made my stretching journey a breeze just a very slow process. i’ve got a stubborn ear. dead stretching is best. i’m at 8g too!
