Yeah, I worked in customer support and, if it's a 'peak' of one day, they will not care. They'll wipe their hands and say "ok, volumes are back to normal, it's fixed"
If after a week they are still receiving pressure... Then they'll begin to get nervous

despite health issues i was able to go on a charity walk today and there was a very young transmasc mixed kid and i became his magic dyke for the day so that's a highlight of this month

and the ideas dry up with everything else bc...pain! illness! and god forbid i get into a relationship again - not bc i cant imagine love without sex but having that WHEN I WANT SEX but my body FORCES me to not have it? i could start screaming and never stop

i miss writing and reading pwp with friends but any sidling into that mindset can trigger all these exhaustions and pains!! even if i dont physically DO anything its just forcibly not fun anymore

tmi but any self excitement can be a dice roll of simple tiredness with an extra burn in the lungs or a wild drop in blood pressure, tinnitus episodes, and hours long cardiovascular pain

not to have a meltdown at work but every time i go man i feel really good, maybe i keep healing from covid and ill be even better in a year something happens that just reminds me that my body is forever changed at best and thats. exhausting. and debilitating
