The world seems crazy right now,like we're right on the edge.

Dogs save lives. The excited wagging at the window. Knowing someone's waiting for me. She is my home, her love is unconditional. She never judges me, she accepts me whatever!
She's my best friend and companion. My life is enriched because of her.

Another beautiful sunrise here overlooking the North Sea on the North East coast of England. It feels like a gift today with life being so difficult. I watch the colours in the sky and breathe. Filling my lungs with fresh air from a fresh day.

A day using art as a therapy. Switching off from the world and seeing where my art takes me. I noticed my breathing was easier and my anxiety seemed to calm. Connecting back with myself to re-cente and find my balance.

Wellbeing reading group this morning. One of my coping strategies to maintain my mental health. Tbh there's more laughter than reading and it's great for raising my good chemicals.
