He can’t stop Johnson from passing bills, just like Boehner & McCarthy couldn’t stop Pelosi.

Schumer was able to lead a 50-50 Senate with a diverse caucus & got hundreds of judges confirmed, passed 2 major reconciliation bills without a vote to spare & numerous bills that passed the House with a lower # of Republican votes & all McConnell could do was withhold votes for cloture.

With Manchin retiring & Senate races in WV, MT, OH, AZ, PA, MI & NV, Democrats were poised to lose the Senate, but rather than elect a Black woman president & a Democratic majority in the House that would’ve prevented this dumpster fire, voters elected a GOP trifecta.
