When @404media.co published public records reporting without a paywall, new sources came forward.

We spoke to both about why dropping paywalls like this is good for journalism — and for business.

Ofte ja, men om man for eksempel har bacon på Markouk (midtøstenpannekake) kan man jo argumentere for at det blir litt Haram - derfor viktigheten av kulturell kontekst =)

Tror fortsatt vi sliter med manglende gode definisjoner på hva en pannekake egentlig er...chapati til frokost er en greie, rullekebab eller shawarma i lavash er ganske digg som nattmat (vi mangler gode nattmataltetnativer i Norge) - hvor faller forøvrig fritert kylling på vaffel i dette spekteret?

Lomper er jo potet*panne*kaker of igrunnen også en slags lefse (som jo også er en pannekakeform som av og til brukes med kjøtt) - det er også vanskelig å tenke på noe som en "typisk" pannekake da det er en veldig bred kategori - amerikanske diner pannekaker og franske crepes er jo samme kategori...

Ikke stek pannekaker til i stormkjøkkenpanne hvis du stekte fisk i panna kvelden før - selv om fisken var nyfanga og du vaska panna i en bekk.

Ikke skjær ulike typer ost med samme redskap (bruk ulik kniv for hvitløksost og brie) - gjelder også ost/kjøtt.

Spørs veldig på pannekakene og kulturell context. Bacon funker av og til med de rette pannekakene...man kan jo også diskutere om fx en burrito er en pannekake med kjøttfyll...og hva er i såfall en pølse i lompe?

Yeah the bar is pretty low on conference coffee sadly...any sign of more effort than a samovar of burnt water is pretty much a step in the right direction

2nd conference of the day at least has a deal with Nespresso, so that's a step in the right direction!

Future conferences I go to should have a deal with ice-cream trucks...and also bring in some baristas to keep the coffee quality high...

At this point I just wonder who's managing this dude's campaign and comms, because they must be trolls
