That's good to know. I'd like to look at the timeline for all the deals. I guess they were signed before anything was adapted and by the time the first one came out it was too late to rethink the decision for the stuff that would be adapted later.

Oh well that's different then. I really dislike when creators bad mouth their adaptation while profiting off of it, and it seemed like Moore had a history of that. But if he's giving his share to the co-creators then that's actually pretty cool.

Okay, I totally respect that artists gotta eat and TV/movie deals pay way better than comics, but after the third or fourth time they make an adaptation you hate, stop selling the rights. Otherwise cash the check in silence and go back to your druid coven with your wife and girlfriend.
