I had the opportunity to read this already and I can tell you it is *excellent*. A very careful reading, fair and thorough.

Exclusion clauses are, under UK law, to be construed narrowly. If you need over 80 pages of semantics and bollocks to justify an exclusion, it definitely does not meet the criteria to justify exclusion.

As a young millennial, I don’t 100% disagree. But I think we could do a better job of acknowledging how horrible and traumatic it must be just going to school as Gen Z. Millennials had some school shooter drills, Gen Z are experiencing gun violence and normalization regularly.

Millennial here, troubled that Gen Z has it really rough in a different way: they've never seen the world we have. It's got to be very easy to spiral into nihilism and despair, to believe everyone is basically evil.

They yell at Americans for not having enough kids, but they make this one of the most family unfriendly countries in the developed world. No maternity leave, no guaranteed health insurance for kids, cut SNAP, etc. Despite their rhetoric, they have no respect for children and the family institution

I'm late Gen X and all I'm saying is Millennials got fucked harder than anyone else. They were raised on post 9/11 American media and government and it's just been an endless stream of shit. And I'm not even talking about the 09 collapse. The wars, watching guns shred schools, social media insanity
