So, I'm not the only one.

Whelp, it's reinstall Windows day. Not because of an issue with Windows, just need to move to a larger SSD. I prefer to do a clean install over cloning the old drive.

Been working in Blender and Unity all day. Much has been learned about #VRChat avatar creation.

Latest blaster purchase. Got it on sale. Also, I was a fan of the 90's TMNT cartoon as a kid.

Going to re-work my model. It was originally made using VRoid with some tweaks in Unity. Not really happy with it. So, time to look for a male base model and start from there. Looks like I'll have to learn Blender as I go.

Been thinking about what is keeping me from streaming. Part mental but mostly making time.

Noticing since adding captions to stream there has been "strange" chatters. Feels like they are responding but they aren't really. My guess, AI Bots scraping captions on Twitch, sus them out: They are overly chatty, weird vibe, newish account, and can't answer "how many fingers am I holding up?"

Am I a nerd for wearing my Quest while doing dishes? It's nice to have Twitch up floating above my sink

Agreed, the hardware is nice but overpriced. The OS is crap.

That's almost what I'm running. Ryzen 9 3900X RX7900XT. Are they native Linux or using Steam's Proton? Maybe Proton is the bottleneck. I have the same issue on Windows, CPU and GPU don't seem to be a problem.

Why is there 25GB of f data in my Defender quarantine folder, well I know exactly why. Why the hell can't I clear it? Logged into the built-in admin account, tried Powershell, turned off Defender... Time to decrypt and boot to Linux.

Spent all morning playing No Man's Sky in VR. Really wish I had more space. 9ft x 6ft (3m x 2m ish) is barely enough.

I just now realized what happened my favorite ASMRtists. She became corpo Vtruber, "graduated" and is now Nimi. Wild. I didn't even pick up on it when listening to her as Fauna. Now that I think about it, many ASMRtists that I listened to 4 years are now Vtubers, sone under new names, others not.

Wireless Lav mics arrived. Shenanigans with my wife will commence.

I'm just going to buy mine. I just don't have the time to build 5 at once. Maybe when I add more.

Maybe it's time I cleaned my desk mat

Are there @Meta Quest 3 users out there with one functional eye? I'm still looking to get one (had to cancel my order with Amazon), but was wondering what the experience is like. My left eye is damaged with 80% vision loss in that eye.

Still waiting on my Quest 3 to arrive. Slime based trackers will be next for full body tracking.
