My entire life‘s goal from sixth grade to senior year was to get into Someko. I’m not joking. I remember thinking that now that I was in, I needed some other goal. I was 16.

I think Brown is gorgeous as a skin color, but awful as a clothing color. I’m not even that fond of wood unless it’s sanded fine and oiled. However, deep, deep brown, like dark chocolate, at least does not make me look like I am jaundiced. Ironically, grayed periwinkle is my absolute worst color.

Just as I was wondering how I could try some new methods of managing my Neurodiversity.

It’s quiet outside in the winter, but our furnace is a constant hiss which runs most of the time because it heats only a few degrees warmer than the air. It’s efficient, but it’s hard on my senses.
