I experience this myself at times and often won’t eat until about 1PM. My body just does not like it. However there a ways to help! Eat a lighter snack in the morning, fruit preferably. A few berries, grapes, half of an apple. It’ll help your belly overtime.

Hiiii! Neighborhood Nurse here. It could be a myriad of factors, so careful looking at Google LOL. However, a great deal of patients who experience this have later food eating habits (eating dinner at 9-10PM), potentially have IBS OR an early onset of GERD. It could be plenty of things 🙂‍↕️
