My god - Around *100* trans prisoners who were in Iran’s Evin prison are missing after the Israeli strike flattened their section of the prison. 100.

The current death toll is 79. The 100 trans people are presumed dead, which would more than double the death toll.

nasal tampons take so long to stop the bleeding that I end up losing a lot of blood as it comes from both nostrils and when rhino clip used, the blood just runs down the back of my throat.

Does any one have any ideas of something that I could try?

Sick and tired of constant nosebleeds. Had them since I’ve been 5 or 6. Had chemical cautery well over 15 times. I’ve had electrocautery and coblation so many times. I’ve also had ligation of the abnormal blood vessels in both nostrils.
