Another day, another new feature in Joto:

1️⃣ Set a deadline to a specific month of the year.
2️⃣ When you set the deadline in 3 or 6 months and it reaches into next year, Joto will ask you now, if you want to add it for next year goals or change the deadline to end of this year. .

iOS 26 doesn’t even look accessibile in their presented screens. Also inconsistent in blur and glass.

Was one of the best features besides grid.

Well it’s basically similar to cursor, lovable etc. I don’t think all designers will learn to code from this. Either it works or not. As far as I see it with vibe coding: you still need to know how to code. Figma is using the same AI models.

There were also some paid wuuh actors 😅 at least it seemed like it.

🚀 Updated yearly goals in my new app:

Yearly goals with own milestones now have an own view. In addition any created todo with a linked yearly goal will now appear in the milestone list.

Milestones created via auto-split also appear as todos in the daily todos view.

Why are these banned? They are quite good.

Just published my first figma plugin, which generates sheets of component requests and updates for your design system team in figma.

If you need to update one request, just select a sheet and open the plugin. Most fields will be prefilled.

Sharing a bit more progress from weekend (vibe) coding. Adjusted the UI of the input field to be closer to the thumbs for better access to add new tasks and goals.

Also the whole original code was refactored to properly use MVVM structure. Took almost one day, but works now.
