Mu Qing does care. Maybe she cares a whole lot, actually. She starts running faster. She doesn’t want to think about having to avoid Feng Xin forever, or cope with never seeing his stupid pretty face or hearing his cute snort-laugh. She doesn’t know what she’ll do if he really does hate her, or thinks she’s too much work now or… whatever it is. Especially if he doesn’t even know how she actually feels about him. It’s stupid. It’s like it was so much easier to keep a lid on her feelings before coming out. Before Feng Xin’s stupid rehearsed sounding ‘thank you for sharing that with us’. But now everything feels closer. She can’t just tell herself she hates his guts anymore. It’s like she’s opened a fucking gate or something.

and here's a late wip wednesday after friends reminded me to post it outside of tumblr. following on from my last one, mu qing continues to lose in her battle against having feelings
