How about previewing some possible discussion starters so that they could come prepared with some talking points. At the end you could offer an opportunity to reflect (writing, video, or audio) or share something they would have liked to add to another person's point but didn't get the chance to.

#UDL isn't about designing, it's about INTENTIONALLLY designing. If the design isn't intentional it is reactionary or instinctual, which are hard to repeat with fidelity. Those that say that #UDL is just good teaching are right. It is good teaching with intentionality. #UDLChat #EduSky

@drlangraad.bsky.social I sure enjoyed it. I didn't have it much more than a week! I loved the step by step approach that makes it manageable for teachers to jump in. I look forward to using resources from it when working with and coaching teachers.
