What's up with the Fluxer HQ server being totally locked down?

Was it being targeted by hackers or something?

As I write this, I am trying out Fluxer, mostly because I will definitely recommend it when it gets the ability to properly self-host on a federated protocol. (it's on their roadmap)

I personally recommend using an XMPP self-host server/client. It's been around since 1999, and it's insanely secure.
