Healthy aging is challenging for everyone. Doing so with HIV is fraught with an added layer of complexity. And it’s something I’ve picked up the mantra on. We need to work together to build the medical and support systems that’ll enable us to thrive as we age - all of us. ~ Jeffery

Bcuz any of us with HIV can age now that we have the modern lifesaving antiretroviral medications that work miracles. I’m a testament to how well they work. But healthy aging? That’s another conversation altogether.
