So from my reflexes, someone saying “the book tells me what I am feeling” reads like a second-person reflection (“YOU are FRUSTRATED right now”) more than a first-person one (“Hannah is telling me that she is frustrated right now”) but as has been mentioned it may also be brainworms

The “I” in my example is “the narrating character”. Like the typical example of
1P: “I screamed into a pillow. Jessie was so frustrating”
2P: “you screamed into a pillow. Jessie was so frustrating”
3P: “Hannah screamed into a pillow. Jessie was so frustrating”

Etc
