For an ep so light on plot, it zooms by. All the little character vignettes are so entertaining, there's no need to over-complicate it. Venus talking Andy out of his downer is maybe too quick a fix, but it's very nicely done. And, this week, Johnny gets the round of applause for entering a scene.

Highlights: Everyone treating the ratings book like a bomb. Mr Carlson's childlike glee having finally become (very slightly) successful. Excitedly, he asks Jennifer if he can show her something. Jennifer's "Okaaay" is hilariously cautious, defensive, and curious. (It's blueprints, by the way.)

S2 E9 “Baby, If You’ve Ever Wondered”. Despite better ratings, Andy feels like a failure. A good Andy ep, that returns focus to the show's original premise. The characters are so well established now, a lot of comedy is generated from how each reacts to the ratings. Ends on a sweet Andy/Venus scene.
