- 60% or more and you are guaranteed to pass
- 40% or less and you will not pass
- 50/75/150 with the highest voting score will pass for each tier.

The goal is to make sure the servers better keep the "pyramid" shape where it's kind of random today.

I’ve always been on the fence about this change, Initially I though it would not do enough but then I realized it kinda nerfs short range aoe + burst quite nicely. Hearing it from an actual blaster player would help greatly
