I am slowly working on developing my little list of things that bring my mood up a little when I need it, but honestly some days I’m just a little cranky and I’m sort of fine with it. Is this what getting old is? I feel at the level I remember my grandpa always being when I was little. 😂

4 o clocks. I planted a few in hanging planters last summer as an experiment. They grew but never bloomed outside (the ones I had in the ground did) but when I brought them in for the winter and put them under grow lights, they’ve been blooming every few weeks!

One little tiny bloom in January! Actually there have been a few the past week and every single one makes me smile! Soon I’ll be starting seeds for garden season!

Today’s little Pogue’s Run check-in. Sunny, lots of ice, but water running in some spots.

Also going to try to get a grip on, and a plan for all the “to be glazed” stuff I have. MAYBE get into the damp box. MAYBE.

Taking pics of pieces I need to list online, trying to finish some nearly abandoned pieces, and creating new art while trying to find some balance in this world, to nurture myself to stay strong to keep fighting for myself and others, and also being gentle and loving. What a balance! 🙃

When I say I stop and watch these freeze/melt cycles in the winter, I really do stop and watch it daily, usually from multiple spots. It’s truly peaceful and magical to me. Also- noting that trash and going to be picking up litter on a regular basis soon!

I always want to curate a new account to match my other accounts and then I always remember that I can *start fresh* and learn from the past and that’s a fun little feeling. If I needed time sensitive info maybe not so much 😂.
