After a decade at long last my final og Axalon crew member acquired. Sucks Rattrap and Rhinox both got awful clear cast dead eyes though. Wish they were painted instead.

I'm glad they tweaked the colors slightly over the old concept model, the real toys contrast is much nicer.

Hooray Deletus with real paint detail at last. I like that he comes with a tool for operating the tire expansion gimmick.

Alien Earth continues to be the best thing done with the franchise since Aliens. Show is incredibly excellent, absolutely stellar writing.

The new Lego Batman game is so intensely Arkham in design, gameplay, level structure, everything its doing I wouldn't be surprised if ex rocksteady devs worked on it.

Watched 1 minute of Bloober's new horror shooter game that stars a lady in a powered armor suit with guns, she gets to the flimsiest wooden door ever and can't open it and won't without a key.

I found that really really fucking funny. I can't believe video games are still doing that.

The announcement teasers of Darksiders 4 and Dawn of War 4 back to back this month has done wonders for for my mental health having had a particularly rough 2025.

Iron Harvest is wonderfully excellent and plays very much like a great Dawn of War already with a lot of fun design with cover, destructibles and really well animated mech units on top of having a great campaign with good writing and voice work.

Makes me very hopeful for this.

Finished Doom Dark Ages yesterday.

I'd say it had a fantastic combat system but it felt constrained in its potential to reach a higher end point where you only really see that with some late game boss fights.

Disappointing mech segments and eh story.

Highly recommended when it goes on sale tho.

God Armored Core 1 and 2 era designs were the absolute pinnacle of mecha aesthetic.

Doom Dark Ages is so damn fun I really hope when they do dlc they just expand on the gun modes n melee options and enemy types and throw out a shit load of high end combat challenge maps.

Don't need story or narrative just gimme shit loads of levels n ways to enjoy them within this design.

Geez I just went over my list of games I really want to play that are coming this year its about to get insane. Every single genre n genre mashup seems to be getting an amazing entry and best of all the overwhelming majority aren't "aaa" titles so lots of affordable super polished stuff comin.

Really felt like a show that was just a handful of writing choices away from being so much better and some of the action scenes clearly had way more time n money put in to them whereas others like the highway fight are super rough.

Watched all of that new devil may cry series done by the castlevania people, overall a solid B I'd say, A+ with the better fight scenes.

They really messed up bad with that awkward vergil tease in ep1 though that made no sense as it severely undercut a scene in the last ep which also felt rushed.

Wish the red windows on Stray Alternative were standard to all copies, kinda nuts they aren't when its such a major part of what makes him look so good and so distinct from the prior version. Most copies unfortunately will still have black windows.

Oh I'm buying the crap out of this thing he is gorgeous and everything I've ever wanted in an mp prime aesthetic.

I want Missing Link Arcee's part layout applied to a modernized mp of her so bad.

Real car hood chest, fender shoulder plates, pink thigh plating, minimal backpack. It's such a smarter better use of parts and how all her toys should be designed at their core.

Monolith made one of my all time favorite games with Fear. Replayed it last year, still one of the all time greatest fps'.

I also adored shadow of mordor and was so sad the sequel got meddled with so much.

oooh Mecha Break demo is out, beta is this weekend so I'm bugging friends to get in on it so we can check out co-op.

Full release game isn't out for a number of months but I hope the demo is still somewhat playable when the online beta stuff goes down again.

MMC's new Tyran looking pretty amazing. Listed for sale at last but apparently not releasing till may. the eternal slowness of toy making lol. Still he seems worth the wait, looking so incredible.

Infinite Finity Stray debut edition. He's real nice but I do think the other versions of this toy will be even nicer.
