Speaking out loud is dangerous now. These things are important:

1. Speaking out loud when no one does means your voice carries.
2. That's powerful. It's also scary. But power is scary.
3. Protect the vulnerable & make local community.
4. Protect the loud, because they'll forge other voices.

We are under attack but when we are under attack you are under attack. We work hard to make your lives safer, healthier, more prosperous or and fair. We are not efficient because government is not supposed to be efficient its supposed to be effective.

The GOP’s reconciliation bill is one of the worst environmental bills I’ve ever seen.

It guts public input, silences tribal and community voices, slashes environmental protections, and hands sacred and public lands to the lowest bidder with no accountability.

Called my congressman who voted for the SAVE act.

Me: What documents will I need to vote if this passes?
Staffer: a DL and birth certificate.
Me: The documents don’t match
Staffer: Then a marriage certificate.
Me: Will my husband need the marriage certificate too?
Staffer: No
Me: See the problem?
