THE 6-PLAYER MOD FOR NIGHTREIGN JUST GOT RELEASED

Incremental games are great! I still find time to jump into one every now and then when the mood strikes me.

So I realized Hades is a good example of the gameplay loop I want.

Scaling difficulty slider with permanent progression. Granted the metaprogression doesn't go THAT far before you're just adding extra challenges.

Diablo 4's Paragon system is a good example, but I'm avoiding ARPG's

I might go further with the analogy actually.
"I dislike Pepsi, do you have any other sodas?"
"We had some trouble, but I think you'll like this, here's a Pepsi." 😂

Gotta love when I make a post somewhere asking for non-ARPG's with a huge upgrade tree and then multiple people respond with Path of Exile 😩

Finally managed to get my hands on a copy. I absolutely love this game so far, and I'm immensely impressed with the developers' response to community feedback. Definitely check it out if ARPGs are your cup of tea!
