Vigil held to protest expected veto override of North Carolina immigration bill HB 10 A vigil was held outside the state legislature to protest HB 10 -- the bill changing the laws on how North Carolina's sheriffs will need to process undocumented people that they've arrested.

Prayed at a news conference last night reference HB10.
