Yes, I’m religious. I believe in the Holy Trinity.
So I was telling my son about the cassette single, and that it was called a cassingle. I said that word a time or two, and found out my wife never wants to hear that word again. We’ve all got a hill to die on. I want to make her happy in our marriage so I don’t end up a cassingle guy.
Long before #Superman appeared in films or on television, the first person to portray the Man of Steel in public was Broadway performer Ray Middleton - an often-overlooked figure who holds a unique place in Superman history.

And he’s still trying to get Axanar into theaters. He gives YouTube updates every month. And he’s got merchandise 😂
Scatman brought so much to the show. That theme is an ear worm!
NEW OLD EPISODE! Back in the #70s, kung fu was in, and kids clamored for a dog version of Bruce Lee! Here now is an exploration of the creation, cast & legacy of HONG KONG PHOOEY. What’s not to love about the No. One super guy?
REPOSTS APPRECIATED!

Good #SaturdayMorning kids! There is an old, new episode today. I recorded it four years ago, completed it, forgot to upload before this morning. If it doesn’t hit your #podcast holes today, it should load tomorrow.
You have a deep dive of HONG KONG PHOOEY to look forward to from the #70s!
If I ran #StarTrek, I would ask for a budget of $5 mil an ep, and produce 26 episodes a year. It’s about being creative under the gun, not having more than enough time and money to doubt yourself and try to be high brow.
I think me and a team could do something amazing.
In my rewatch of #StarTrek TNG, I am now at the half way point. Which is bittersweet. I’ve been enjoying every moment and I wish it would end so soon.
I’m obsessed with SMB to this day. I can watch YouTube videos about it all day. I don’t have the time to do that, but it if I did, I would.
Floppy comic book rack edition from 1989. I bought it at a Rexall pharmacy near my grandparents in Santa Monica in the magical Summer of 89.
If you do it right, Bowser kills Mario as you touch the axe at the end of the bridge. When you respawn, this small Mario glitch kicks in. You’re big, a mushroom makes you small, and the fire flower can be used when you’re small. You have to time it just right, which I never have.
I found a Game Genie code that swaps Mario being big when he’s small, and small when he’s big. So you get the small fire power Mario when you grab the fire flower. It beats having to master that death glitch.
Dark Mario against black is sort of cool.
Dark Mario with fire power!
A few years ago I bought a Game Genie for the NES. I couldn’t get it to work. Until last night. I never had one growing up, so this is fun. I used a code that made Mario a shadow.
Thank you, Jimmy!
Today, McDonald's releases a deluxe burger called the "Big Arch" - is it a subtle nod to the ARCH DELUXE? Probably not, but I'd still like to think of it that way.
With the screenplay adapted by Dennis O’Neill!
Good night all. I’m going in for some lite reading as I wait for the melatonin to kick in.
Not sure how, but I managed to write 10,506 words on POTATO HEAD KIDS!
Any fans?
It’s both.
Gas prices are up 45% in Europe right now. Alex is right.
Great shows!
I’m a freak. I love Generations. In 1994 I saw it in theaters 13 times. @cherrybombspod.bsky.social can vouch for my craziness 😀
