I'm thinking specifically of things like this: x.com/dropout/stat... But, you know what? Seeing how they've been handling things now, it seems that apology and accountability may have only happened solely bc Chris was pushing for it. It no longer feels like Dropout would just do that on their own.

Relying solely on those premium subscribers to share your statement and kind of brushing it off like, 'well, if people see it, then they see it,' is just a very disappointing attitude for Dropout to have, especially when they used to be so much better at handling mistakes they've made in the past.

If you KNOW that many of your fans/subscribers have been asking you to address this, and you choose to do it only for those who are paying for a Premium Subscription... then even putting aside what was actually said, it only makes your response seem that much more insincere and careless.

Yeah, the 'response' was pretty pathetic and managed to avoid actually addressing anything, and it makes it even worse that it was put behind a paywall instead of just being a written statement, a separate stream, a pre-recorded video, or literally anything else that was publicly available.

Sam said in the livestream that the crew of The Rookie recreated the Game Changer set because they were 'off-season', and that they got it 'down to the last detail'. Even if it isn't THE set, it's still a recreation of the set, not a different set for a fictional show unrelated to Dropout.

It isn't just actors that happen to be on Dropout also appearing on a cop show, it was a collaboration WITH Dropout, the company, and a decision made BY Dropout.
