Are they incorporating DJ activities? It's a great way to engage those students who love music but don't find traditional instruments engaging, meaning it increases inclusion. Often kids who try DJing in class end up on traditional instruments anyway because they learn to love #musiceducation.

The image shows DJ School UK working at Deershed festival in July 2025. The festival is a family friendly music and arts festival. DJ School UK used Phase DJ and Serato DJ pro so that anyone could try scratching on vinyl records, but without needing to be careful of the needle jumping. This worked because the Phase DJ system is wireless and needle-less. Truly making the activity accessible to all.

Loved being back at the front line this weekend at @deershed festival.

We just let people have a go at scratching using the @phase and @serato DVS system.

It was exhausting and amaaazing!!! Thank you to our team, the deershed team and all the families who made it so much fun! #musiceducation
