As a random person coming across this thread, this is bizarre, disgusting, uncomfortable, and unhygienic and you’re doing him a favor by putting it on blast so he can see how fucked up people think it is

You should be sorry to be that person. Because you’re not smart enough to realize that your prices are going to shoot up too.

10,000 Californians will now reply to tell you that’s low, actually

She is unfortunately barely running a campaign. Seems to not really want to be elected.

07.03.2026 21:03 β€” πŸ‘ 1    πŸ” 0    πŸ’¬ 0    πŸ“Œ 0

Right, a lot of never-voters and an additional bunch of people who vote in solidly blue states where the general election outcome isn’t in doubt

Yeah I think the transition by the Eliot Bridge is open so you can get from Soldier’s Field to Esplanade without a problem. I was also on Beacon yesterday afternoon - bike lanes unfortunately still covered but I think it will go quickly now

Might at least be some drama for the constructors championship if Kimi can’t consistently finish high, or if the engine testing changes in June nerf the Mercedes advantage. Otherwise yeah this is shaping up to be a real dreary season in the long run

I’m not gonna get too mad at people but β€œsinking a warship is a crime actually” continues to get me

Report from the field: the roadside path on Soldier’s Field Road is clear all the way in. The riverside path at Herter is still completely covered although I’m guessing will be clear by midweek

07.03.2026 15:12 β€” πŸ‘ 1    πŸ” 0    πŸ’¬ 1    πŸ“Œ 0

Ah yeah I go by Herter all the time but the path there is so poorly drained that it can be a disaster. Hopefully farther downriver will be better

07.03.2026 13:15 β€” πŸ‘ 1    πŸ” 0    πŸ’¬ 0    πŸ“Œ 0

Was going to head down to the Charles, hopefully the esplanade and mem drive are ok! I simply can’t spend another hour+ on a treadmill though, I will go insane

The good news is the weather is finally good enough to do my long run outside. The bad news is I have to go outside

07.03.2026 13:03 β€” πŸ‘ 24    πŸ” 0    πŸ’¬ 2    πŸ“Œ 0

Of course not, he was a selfish asshole just like Tony Soprano, isn’t that the whole point of this conversation

07.03.2026 12:43 β€” πŸ‘ 1    πŸ” 0    πŸ’¬ 1    πŸ“Œ 0

Literally no different from Walter White lol, at least Walter felt bad about Hank

07.03.2026 12:40 β€” πŸ‘ 2    πŸ” 0    πŸ’¬ 1    πŸ“Œ 0

I mean yes Tony Soprano the guy who cheats on his wife constantly and murders his friends and family members with no remorse because they interfere with his business development

07.03.2026 12:30 β€” πŸ‘ 4    πŸ” 0    πŸ’¬ 1    πŸ“Œ 0

Yeah I think that’s right. Too much has been conceded in the court of public opinion, the line must be drawn here etc etc

The Gordon Ramsey meme where he is soothing a child in one panel and calling somebody a fucking donkey in another

To put it another way: consider a pediatrician trying to soothe fears of a vaccine hesitant parent vs President AOC instituting a nationwide vaccine mandate for school attendance

(2/2) Consider that coddling bad views has brought us to a very dark place and policy can be reconsidered accordingly

There is an argument raging about whether antivax parents are by definition bad. Just to point out if you’re actually working in this space you can’t just be like β€œshit parents, fuck off”. You have to actually listen and work with people. Politicians and the public should however (1/2)
