Of course I’ll never use that term because no one in the history of the world has ever sucked on a chili dog.

How UMich is forcing a data center on Ypsilanti The combined 144 acres the University seems to have settled on are agricultural or recreational use land. No one deserves to have their local park taken over by a data center.

The Michigan Legacy Art Park in Thompsonville was a unique hike. It featured a multitude of sculptures nestled in the forest along the trail.

It was my favorite trail from this trip. An easy walk through the forest & meadow to the lookout and then a challenging loop along some steep & overgrown dunes. #hiking #michigan

They produce soooooo many flowers. The previous home owner planted two big rows of them in the yard. I love ‘em, but also hate pulling out the hundreds of baby hibiscus. 🌸😵‍💫🌸

At the end of last summer I planted a small batch of coneflowers. The spot must have been too shady because only one came back this year. I appreciate its tenacity & it looks like a sunset.
