Judge John McConnell has verbally ordered the admin to *fully fund* SNAP benefits for the month of November — by tomorrow.

Scary. Since Republicans have shown their willingness to let Americans suffer and die. Cruelty, alone, is the point.

Since the money was there to pay this, and the U.S. Food and Nutrition Service sent out the SNAP money for November, at this point the only reason to do this stay is just cruelty.

Which was the reason before but now it's very evident.

not only is this traumatizing SNAP recipients but I know there are people out there who have been food insecure in the past who are re-experiencing all of that stress too

I did receive SNAP benefits today. Thank God for Courts continued resistance against authoritarianism.
I tried to spend wisely today, as I will spend Thanksgiving alone, since my Family has chosen MAGA.
I will be thankful and grateful that I am still free.

I was in airplane crash and got SNAP benefits. Then I was cut off for god’s sake. I sued the federal government. The judge in my case was so angry, he left my case open for one year. People on SNAP deserve what pittance they get. I know. I have been down that road.
