I recently did a quick rewatch of The Apothecary Diaries and had to draw Suirei.
I have a thing for tall women with dark hair, a deep voice and a slightly sadistic side, so I was instantly smitten.

Also, Suirei did nothing wrong!

GUESS WHAT? Go on, guess. It's Xena & Callisto again, you may remember them from other such posts of mine like, 'Xena x Callisto,' & the surprise sequel, 'More Xena x Callisto,' plus more. It's the one with Xena standing over Callisto telling her to stay down and Callisto is like, "Gladly <3" y'know, classic Callisto stuff. I added a little background of GREENERY, like the threat of a fern and a whisper of some grass, stuff like that. Plus some peachy pink sky. #myart

It's funny, because titles usually come to me the second I have a premise in mind.

So yeah, I avoid het anime romance like the fucking plague.

One of the many (many many many) reasons I can't watch het anime romance is that the comments are always full of people talking about "bio essential" shit.
Male anime nerds are the most fragile fucking people in the world.
It is all "any man can beat any woman".

I'm writing Run With the Hunted 9 right now, and is that making me lean into marketing the other books a little bit more lately? yeah maybe.
