I paid for an artist to do a commission for me on September 24, they sent me a sketch and disappeared. Poked them several times, no reply. In their TOS it says the longest time it will time to finish a commission is a month and no refunds. What should I do here?

I have no fucking idea it upsets me so much. I thought I'm doing a favor for commissioning an artist in need but it seems like they don't even want the money in first place lmao

Been feeling down these couple days. A lot of anxiety inducing situations. I keep thinking of the day I move out to cheer myself up but Idk when that will be. I hope I don't lose my mind until then.

An artist just half assed my commission and it makes me super upset. The result is nothing compared to other commission they made for other people nor the examples. I gave up to even elaborate just from the way they talk.
