Meant to say before but kept forgetting: this stuff has been keeping me alive when even my beloved heinz tomato soup was too irritating on my grated throat. I do ramen or pastina with it usually, but have just been drinking it warm on its own cos I couldn't bear the thought of lumps. Recommend!
