I will die on the hill that ABDL is way more common than anyone thinks. We all start life in diapers - even if only 1% of us make weird spicy brain connections during that developmental period, that's still tens of millions of people.

Post-regression brain fog can be a tad bit disorienting. Regressees will often have some silly thoughts about "being a big kid" (sometimes even "grown-up")! Best to gently guide them back to reality~
