I had two professors who were veterans. Many classmates who were veterans. We had veteran affinity groups and support programs for the community.

I went to an elite institution for graduate school. One many would consider pretty liberal. All of my professors, nearly all of which went to Ivy League schools themselves, thought very highly of veterans and military service. 🤷🏻‍♀️
