It's really humbling to be in the peak of cycling shape and then struggle some with trying to do a run tonight (stupid incessant rain preventing any riding). Conditioning for one definitely doesn't directly translate to the other. :P

I am glad I squeezed a disc golf round in yesterday because the weather this week is looking kinda meh for outdoor things. Fantastic temperatures, but lots of scattered rain.

Made it home safely! The beach was amazing but I am excited to sleep in my own bed tonight, heh.

24 Hours of Booty is complete, and I hit my 100 mile goal! I am SO exhausted and it is burning up out here. I am definitely ready to be lazy for a few days, ha ha.

I did it. I survived one of the toughest annual project cycles I have ever had in 17 years. Time for a badly needed break!

I should be getting so many things done but I barely have the energy to be awake. Can't wait to take a break and just rest and relax, I absolutely need a recharge.

I got my last training ride before 24 Hours of Booty in today and my Garmin logged exactly 666 calories burned for the exercise.

Oh my goodness I need a vacation so badly. I just have to make it through this week!!

I went from, "I don't know if the back muscles I injured earlier this week will even allow me to play disc golf" to, "Well I guess I will just have my best UDisc round ever on this layout" today at Valley Springs. Neat!
