Everyone that leaves Big Tech erases their existence a little more, and deepens community another day. Feels good to break up with Big Tech, doesn’t it?

FUN FACT:

If no one uses OpenAI, OpenAI dies.

The same goes for many Big Tech corporations and their platforms.

We are the ones that set the expiration dates.

I heard it's Friendly Cat Friday ( #fcf ) today, so here's a picture of me and a friend's cat 😊

The US campaign to starve Cuba of fuel should be understood as genocidal. They are targeting a whole nation, deliberately destroying conditions necessary for life, in flagrant violation of international law. Pure barbarism, there is no other way to describe it.

Maybe one day, Americans will finally have the discussion about how everything ICE is doing to them on the streets, is exactly what that "nice" family member of theirs who went to Iraq and Afghanistan, did to countless people over there. You cannot be separate from empire if you identify with it.

I got this Copenhagen print from you at a Handsome Daughter market early this year/late last year.

I'm a vintage seller, have tons of stuff in my house, and relatively little space to display art.

But your art is on display in my room! You're an excellent artist and I admire your work 😊

September 30th is National Day for Truth & Reconciliation. As we approach this day, how can we avoid symbolic performances of reconciliation and equip ourselves to work toward transformative change? Check out these resources and more on our website: yellowheadinstitute.org. Linked in bio.
