🫩 Today in clinic a 92 year old patient with CKD told us she started taking ibuprofen for her arthritis “after they said on the TV not to take Tylenol anymore” 🫩 we had to inform her that no it is, in fact, not safe to take ibuprofen with end stage renal dysfunction and go please use tylenol 🫩

Tryna be productive by doing practice questions inbetween patients and over lunch rn at the clinic but I am tired just want to go home and knit and sleep
