i think it's well past time for furry as a community to stop giving people who make these accusations the time of day. they do not operate in the realm of reality. they live by their disgust and attempt to make it everyone's problem. they do real harm and create real victims. they are the problem!

they fully understand that calling someone a zoo or pedo when they aren't those things is a way to cause harm. it's fully an attempt to separate people from their communities and to shame them because they feel disgust towards them. the accusations are not based in fact.

it's not a question at this point of being young or stupid. it's being willfully ignorant and harmful. it's ignoring basic facts. kinks like these aren't paraphilias. there are no victims. there is no harm. people against them are throwing around the biggest most painful accusations to cause harm.

there is a wealth of research, both actual psychiatric research and personal accounts from people in these communities, that prove over and over that things like ABDL and pet play are simply fantasies. harmless, victimless, and good for the well-being of the people in these communities

This is a decision we would have preferred not to make, and we know that this may be upsetting for members of our community.
