You’re lucky. My primary care doctor, who is the only doctor I’ve seen in the last 12 years, treated me like a drug addict-pill seeker after asking for a Xanax prescription of 20 pills after my last prescription 4 years ago. Didn’t offer any alternatives, advise or ask about my anxiety at all.
