Last cervical MRI I had sounded a lot different to the usual head MRI drum n bass! More rhythmic and deep, it's a struggle to keep still when the groove gets going 😂

And I'm the complete opposite! Classic #ms uniqueness and bs in equal measures!

Just breathe slowly & deeply. Take it all in and let it go slowly. Most helpful for so many people.
