i'm gonna pass out all afternoon and focus and catch up on work tomorrow 🫠

so very grateful that i didn't let anxiety ruin this for me and that i actually went to all the talks alone (even tho it's been incredibly exhausting) ❤️‍🩹 now i just have to read all these books that have been on my tbr for ages 😬🤟🏻

this one last talk was so good and interesting. i had been meaning to read this book for so long thanks to friend recommendations and now i'm even more excited to read it after hearing the author talk about the themes and her writing process.

último día de charlas y por una parte estoy triste porque han sido todas MUY interesantes, pero por otra genial porque estoy agotada (del desgaste por la ansiedad mainly) y también porque me he sentido culpable por hacer 0 de trabajo desde el viernes y tengo que entregar cosas la semana que viene...

me ha ayudado una persona nativa 😂 yo sola solo entendía una palabra y alguna parte suelta de las otras 🥲

por fin he descifrado la dedicatoria y pone algo en plan "cultivate a kind/warm/loving heart" 😭😭😭

but anyway! today's talk was so interesting too.

i even heard the people behind me saying mean things about me like ? can't we just be nice? i'm already embarrassed enough 🙃🙂

i feel so embarrassed going up to these authors with my sketchbook and ask them to sign it just cause i don't have the physical version of their books (yet) while everyone else queuing has one or two books by each author 😔

one of them signed my sketchbook cause i didn't have her book but i eventually will so i asked and she said sure!

the anxiety of doing things alone is worth it. i had such a great day attending these two talks and i even got some author's signatures 🥹🤍
