I’ve gotten two ads for some kind of photo festival Flickr is doing. I’m going to admit I didn’t really dig into what it is because my immediate thought was that it would have seemed cool like 20 years ago but I am not excited about it in 2026.

basically the systems tend to transcribe what you say, the AI gives it a rating, and then surfaces up a list of ratings. the team doesn’t even have to look at/watch what you actually recorded or said unless you rate high based on the AI. (2/2)

I think about this sometimes and I generally come to the realization that I don’t really want to deal with any more trolls than I absolutely have to, and doing something like that would greatly increase the troll numbers.
