Tbh, I don't know what I'm gonna learn overtime, or how I should learn it. One pro says "hey study fundementals" and another pro says "hey don't do that". I'm stuck here not knowing what to do other than what I was doing before. Like Animating.

Ive been doing art for the past 7 years, and I really wanna be better at it because I don't feel like Im where I wanna be. Progress is gonna be slow, and I'm gonna post other art here and on Twitter too. Still won't be active there.

No new art. This is an animation from two or three months back for @katsutg.bsky.social . She wanted to make a simple sub notification, and I decided to be stupid and animate this in her style (or close to it)
It's the first big animation I did in a while, but it's kinda eh to me. Hope you like it!
This is the fursona of BashButterBean. They are a bobcat/ snow leopard mix with natural colors, and green-blue (teal) eyes. Teal is they're aesthetic, so the background consists of the color itself, with green and blue leaves to the side of the character. The characters themselves has the look of a bobcat, but with a snow leopard tail, and characteristic spots near the extremities. My (the artist) art style is very cartoonish and changes variably depending on what suits my needs, and I drew this character almost like a small pudgy cat standing on its hind legs. The pose of the character is one that I vaguely remember from the movie Lilo and Stitch, where the two are dancing, and they strike this pose. The body faces to the left of the camera, the character leans back slightly while they stick their right leg to the left of the screen, and their left leg towards the camera. Their right arms sticks up and their hand angles forward as if to measure someone's height, while the left arm follows the tilt of the body - moving their left should close to their head, and angling their left hand similarly to their right. The head still faces left of center but the eyes look towards the camera, as they give an open-mouth smile with two sabered teeth visible beneath the upper lip. The character has thick black eyebrows, and for creative purposes I decided to make them slightly lift off above the head of Bash's character, although that's a decision I make as an artist when I draw a character, and not a decision made by BashButterBean, whose art style differs from mine. The picture is given a slightly grainy texture because I've seen some friends of mine use it in their art, and I wanted to do the same. These sorts of descriptions aren't going to be common in many of the post that I decide to make, but they will be added if, for one, I feel like it, and two, a request is made by the commissioner or reader to lay out a detailed description of the art in question. I hope this helps.
Here's another one! About a month ago when I was streaming on Twitch, @bashbutterbean.bsky.social was the first person I didn't know who raided me, and this was a little appreciation gift for that!
