On the heels of the Honey/PayPal affiliate lawsuits, affiliates are also taking aim at the Capital One Shopping browser extension.

The affiliates say that, like Honey, Capital One swaps out it own cookie for the affiliate's right before the customer completes a purchase:

For those keeping count, there are now /four/ potential class action cases against PayPal over Honey.

They proved they cannot be trusted with compensation and have no entitlement to it after this.

Brands that hire models or creators: pay attention to when your usage terms expire. Set up a system to track this.

This is the third lawsuit I've seen this week brought by a model who found their images being used after the usage term expired.
