If your firm doesn't have an #AI #policy then your AI policy is "Do whatever you want."
Is that really the approach you want your folks to take? With client data? Have a policy. You can't afford to ignore this.

You can add guests (people outside your M365 tenant) to your Microsoft #Teams, but if you do it's best practice to make it clear that there are external folks in the Team. I recommend changing the Team name to add "(w/guests)" or similar so that it's apparent right up front the Team includes guests.

A friend carries sidewalk chalk in his car and when he sees people do this, he draws parking lines on either side of their vehicle and writes "Bad Driver Parking" on the ground behind them.
Not sure it teaches anything but makes him feel better.

#Copilot does a pretty good job of the content in your email - finding, summarizing, organizing. But it can't do anything about the items in your inbox - moving, deleting, or changing metadata.
It can summarize all the messages you've received from me this month, but it can't delete them. (yet)

My HPs were rock-solid for decades...but the last few were just increasingly cheap and flimsy. Neither of them lasted more than 2 years even under very light use. And yeah, the cartridge cost.

I was a devoted HP user and recommender for...30 years, but after my last HP experience I reluctantly switched to Brother at home.
Do I love it? No. But so far it's more reliable than my last couple of HPs were.

I said before that I was skeptical of Smart Home tech, but smart plugs are an exception. There are a bunch of good uses for these things and since it appears WEMO has bricked my old ones I'm in the market.

On the one hand I know my software is tracking me constantly. On the other hand, it sometimes makes me dismiss a warning that some feature I've never used or even set up is temporarily not working. So maybe not quite so frighteningly insightful as we might think.
