Obviously there were heavy constraints because of how short it was but I found it interesting how they condensed Mikleo becoming a sub-lord and also the Rose and Dezel stuff.
Also Maltran? I really thought she'd be in more than like what, 2 panels?? 😭

Extra re: Zestiria manga - I liked a lot that Shiramine made Symmone look less like... a loli, her design has always made me quite uncomfortable 😣
I think *that* scene with Dezel and Rose was much weaker than the game/anime. Of course manga is a little limiting but man. Little disappointed.

I've owned this for years and hadn't read past vol 1 so..!!! I think they managed to condense it decently into 4 volumes, and the art was really beautiful! Lots of fun Edna and Meebo interactions which I enjoyed 🙂‍↕️

YESSS Yamai is absolutely brilliant, I was so glad he was as big a part as he was (I thought he might be like ...Kuze? if you've played 0 ahah). Easily going in my favourites list!

I know I was bitching about Infinite Wealth the other day lmao but I did enjoy it. I still think Kiryu being a huge part wasn't.. great. Idk, I didn't appreciate the cancer storyline at all (I know I know I'm harping on here), it just felt... icky. Shoehorned for sympathy points or something.

Had a good time with it despite the bs going on with RGG atm. I'm really not sure how I feel about the Kiryu stuff to be perfectly honest though. Ichiban remains excellent. I think overall I preferred 7 over this but it was still pretty fun. Also Yamai was A+.
