Good stuff. I've a mate who raves about Hoka shoes. Have you tried your Megablasts yet? I've found mine egging me on to speed up. They don't seem to like an easy pace so either need tamed or saved for faster pace runs. It's probably going to be the latter but they're fun to run in.

Any news on the new shoes?

A soggy solo #run with a chance to stretch my legs a little. Bit more 'tempo' than intended. Constant rain with plenty of standing water to splash about in, especially off-road.

A lumpy Wilbur dog #run up over the brae. Difficult finding rhythm waiting for a sluggish pooch who needed carried over some gorse bushes blocking the way. Fine weather with the first lambs fresh out their wrappers.

Day 365+52 - Rain, calm, cold, wet. A good #run this morning with a strong #Parkrun sandwiched in. Drizzly rain so I wore my contacts which meant seeing the course but not my watch. Timed a course PB of 22m19s. Life in this 'seasoned' grumpy old git yet 😅
