To clarify, all my images are how they are seen in the microscope; there is no manipulation. The color selection is arbitrary, but that's about it.
They are also all acquired in 3D, and properly analyzed and quantified for data extraction. I use a Zeiss LSM800 microscope and Imaris Software.
